BY CAR
From the North
Leave the M 90 motorway at exit for the Park & Ride after
junction 1.
Join the B981. Follow signs for North Queensferry and Deep Sea World.
Follow the road into the village, keep the Ferry Bridge Hotel to
your right. At the entrance to Deep Sea World, turn into Forthside Terrace,
( a sign says "For Residents Only"), which leads into East Bay, 9 East Bay
B&B is at the end of the Culdesac.
From The South
Cross Forth Road Bridge. Take 1st exit immediately after
crossing the bridge, an turn left onto B981 towards North
Queensferry and Deep Sea World. Follow signs for Deep
Sea World. At the entrance to Deep Sea World, turn into
Forthside Terrace, ( a sign says "For Residents Only"),
which leads into East Bay, 9 East Bay B&B is at the end of the Culdesac.
From Rosyth
Follow the signs for North
Queensferry and Deep Sea World along the B981 towards North
Queensferry and Deep Sea World. Follow signs for Deep Sea
World. At the entrance to Deep Sea World, turn into Forthside
Terrace, ( a sign says "For Residents Only"), which
leads into East Bay, 9 East Bay B&B is at the end of
the Culdesac

If
you don't come by car
There is a frequent shuttle
bus service from Edinburgh Airport to Ferrytoll Park
and Ride (the nearest stop for North Queensferry).
By Bus from Edinburgh From Edinburgh Bus Station,
buses leave regularly for the Ferrytoll
Park and Ride The journey takes 20
minutes to an hour depending on the
time of day and the traffic.
By Train
From
Waverley Station
in Edinburgh,
frequent services
run directly
to North Queensferry,
an 18 minutes
journey which
brings you
across the
Forth Rail
Bridge! Visit National
Rail website for times. Be warned, there's a
very steep 
hill from the train station to the bottom village
of North Queensferry.
When
in North Queensferry.
Follow the signs for Deep Sea World until you come to the entrance to the car
park, turn left into Forthside Terrace and continue along for 100 metres and
turn right into East Bay. We are the last house on the left, number 9
